5 questionsVisask is the online platform of Easyco Corporate Services Provider — a Dubai-based firm with 12 years of operating history. We handle UAE visas, business licenses, residency permits, and corporate services under one roof, with prices published online and no hidden fees.
Our office is on the 19th floor of Al Ameri Tower, Barsha Heights, Dubai. Everything from initial enquiry to final document delivery can be done without you needing to visit government counters yourself.
Anyone who needs a UAE visa, residency permit, or business license. We work with individuals applying for Golden Visas or Residence Visas, freelancers setting up permits, and businesses forming companies in Dubai or UAE freezones.
We serve clients both inside the UAE and internationally — most of our process is remote-friendly from the start.
The price you see on the website is the final price for that service. VAT at 5% is already included in all listed prices. Government fees collected on your behalf are itemised separately at checkout so you see exactly where each dirham goes.
There are no hidden fees — that is one of our 7 operating commitments. If anything changes (for instance, a government fee revision midway through processing), we will tell you before we proceed.
Our office is in Barsha Heights, Dubai, and the majority of our services cover Dubai-based applications. We also handle company formations and freelance permits in Ras Al Khaimah (RAKEZ), Ajman (AFZA), Sharjah (SPC), and other UAE freezones.
We serve clients remotely across all seven emirates and internationally. You do not need to be based in Dubai to use our services.
Yes. Most of our services can be started remotely. You submit documents digitally, and we handle the government submissions on our end. We then coordinate your medical examination, biometrics appointment, and Emirates ID collection for when you arrive in the UAE — or guide you through the steps if you are already here.
Golden Visa
5 questions8 to 11 working days from the date we receive your complete document set. This timeline covers the ICA (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship) approval, medical examination, biometrics, and Emirates ID issuance.
If documents are incomplete at submission or government processing queues are longer than normal, this timeline will extend. We will notify you at each stage and give you an updated estimate as soon as we know.
The UAE Golden Visa currently covers:
- Engineers with an accredited degree and a salary of AED 30,000 or more per month
- Doctors and medical professionals in approved specialities
- Scientists and researchers at accredited UAE institutions
- Artists and creative professionals with recognised achievements
- Athletes meeting national federation criteria
- Real estate investors (property value AED 2 million or more)
- Entrepreneurs and investors meeting specific fund or company criteria
The full approved list is defined by ICA and can be updated by UAE Federal Decree. We will confirm your eligibility before you pay anything.
No. The initial application and document submission can be completed from anywhere. You will need to be present in the UAE for the medical examination, biometrics appointment, and Emirates ID collection.
We will schedule these appointments for you and advise the earliest available window based on your travel timeline.
Foreign degrees need to be attested and equivalency-certified by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOHESR). We handle this as part of our Engineer Golden Visa service.
The attestation process adds approximately 5 to 10 working days and involves government fees payable directly to the Ministry — we will itemise these before you proceed. We will not start the attestation step without your confirmation of cost.
Yes. Once your Golden Visa is issued, you can sponsor your spouse and children on a 10-year family residency linked to your own. We offer family inclusion as an add-on service.
Each dependent requires their own document set and a separate government fee. We will provide a clear cost breakdown per dependent before any fees are paid.
Residence Visa
4 questionsA standard employment or investor Residence Visa takes 7 to 14 working days once we have received your complete document set. The exact timeline depends on the visa category, the sponsor type, and GDRFA processing volumes at the time of application.
We will give you a more precise estimate once we know your specific visa type and circumstances.
A standard Residence Visa is typically 2 years (renewable) and is tied to an employer, a company you own, or a family sponsor. If you leave or change your employer, the visa is generally cancelled and needs to be reissued.
A Golden Visa is 10 years, self-sponsored, and is not cancelled if you change or leave an employer. Golden Visa holders also benefit from longer permitted periods outside the UAE before residency status is affected. The Golden Visa is also more cost-effective over a 10-year horizon for eligible applicants, despite the higher upfront cost.
Yes, provided your salary meets the GDRFA minimum threshold — currently AED 4,000 per month for spousal sponsorship, or AED 10,000 per month if you are also sponsoring parents. These figures are set by government regulation and can change.
We will confirm the current threshold that applies to your case before you apply. Sponsoring a spouse requires a valid marriage certificate (attested if issued outside the UAE) and a satisfactory accommodation proof.
The UAE Virtual Work Residence Visa lets employees of companies based outside the UAE live in Dubai while continuing to work for their foreign employer. It is a 1-year renewable visa.
To qualify, you must earn a minimum salary (currently around USD 3,500 per month or equivalent), hold valid health insurance, and have a confirmed employment contract with a company registered outside the UAE. We handle the full application from document collection to visa issuance.
Freelance Visa
4 questionsAny individual who wants to offer professional services independently — without setting up a full company — can apply for a Freelance Permit. You must operate in an approved activity category relevant to the freezone that issues your permit.
Most freelance permits are issued through UAE freezones such as TECOM (twofour54), Fujairah Creative City, UAQ, or Sharjah Media City. The permit gives you the legal right to invoice clients and open a UAE business bank account.
Eligible categories include:
- Media and creative — designers, writers, photographers, videographers, content creators
- Technology — developers, IT consultants, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists
- Education and training — tutors, coaches, curriculum developers
- Business consulting and management advisory
- Certain healthcare and wellness activities (subject to DHA/MOH approval)
The approved activity list varies by freezone authority. We will match your profession to the right permit before you apply — and advise the most cost-effective freezone for your activity.
Yes. A freelance permit allows you to invoice multiple clients. You are not tied to a single employer — this is one of the permit's core advantages over an employment visa.
You are responsible for your own VAT registration if your UAE annual turnover exceeds AED 375,000. We can advise you on when registration becomes mandatory as your business grows.
A freelance permit is issued to an individual for professional services only. You cannot trade physical goods or hire employees beyond a very limited quota on a standard freelance permit.
A Mainland Trade License is issued to a legal entity (LLC or sole establishment), supports a wider range of commercial activities, allows you to hire employees at scale, and lets you operate physically anywhere in the UAE without restriction. If your business needs to hire staff, hold inventory, or sign contracts with UAE government entities, a mainland license is the more suitable structure.
Licenses
4 questionsA Dubai freezone license is AED 14,999 for any activity. You get a Dubai address, 100% foreign ownership and a flexi-desk, and it is the right answer when your customers, your bank or your landlord expect to see Dubai on the license.
A freezone license outside Dubai is AED 7,999 on the same flat basis. That is AED 7,000 less for a license that does the same job — the trade-off is the emirate printed on your paperwork, not what you are allowed to do with it.
Neither price changes by activity — we quote by what you do, not by which authority issues the license, so there is no cheaper tier to be steered towards and no quote to wait for.
We will advise the right option based on your business activity, visa quota needs, and budget — before you pay anything.
Mainland license lets you operate physically anywhere in the UAE, tender for UAE government contracts, and run a retail or field-based business without restriction. Since the 2021 UAE Companies Law changes, most commercial activities no longer require a UAE national partner — 100% foreign ownership is available for most sectors.
Freezone license gives you 100% foreign ownership, simplified company setup, and zero corporate tax on qualifying income (subject to the UAE Corporate Tax rules introduced in 2023). The trade-off is that you cannot operate a physical retail presence on the UAE mainland without a licensed distributor or a Dual License arrangement.
Both structures are legitimate and widely used. The right choice depends on where your clients are, whether you need a physical shop or office, and how many visas you need. We will walk you through the comparison for your specific case.
A Freezone company can sell to UAE mainland clients, operate online across the UAE, and service mainland customers remotely without restriction. However, if you need a physical retail shop, a field operations team based on the mainland, or the ability to sign UAE government contracts directly, you either need a mainland license or a Dual License.
Dual Licenses are available through certain freezones (including DMCC and IFZA) and allow a freezone company to hold both a freezone and a mainland trade license. We can advise on the most cost-effective structure for your business model.
Yes. Every company formation package we offer specifies the standard visa allocation. For IFZA, a standard license includes 1 visa allocation, with additional visas available at government rates per visa.
If you need a higher quota from day one, tell us your headcount requirement when you enquire and we will structure the right package. Mainland licenses generally allow a larger visa quota relative to office space. We will advise based on your team size.
Payment & Process
4 questionsAll prices listed on Visask.com include VAT at 5%. You will not see a VAT surcharge added at checkout. Government fees that we collect on your behalf are itemised separately and are not subject to additional VAT from us — they are paid directly to the relevant UAE government authority.
Your invoice will clearly show the Visask service fee, the applicable VAT amount, and each government fee line separately.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tamara (buy-now-pay-later for eligible services). All card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway — your card details are never stored on our servers.
Bank transfer is available for corporate orders above AED 10,000. Contact us on WhatsApp to request bank transfer details.
Our Visask service fee is refundable if a rejection is directly caused by an error on our part in preparing or submitting your application. We will investigate and, if the fault is ours, we will refund the service fee in full or resubmit the application at no additional cost — your choice.
Government fees — which are paid directly to UAE federal or emirate authorities (GDRFA, ICA, DED, freezone authority) — are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of outcome. This is a government policy we cannot override.
Before we submit anything, we review your documents and flag any issues that could lead to rejection. If we believe your application has a material risk of rejection based on your documents, we will tell you before the government fees are paid.
Once your application is live, you receive a tracking link and an application reference number. Our dashboard shows your current stage (for example, Stage 3 of 6), the last completed step, and the estimated completion date — updated in real time as your case progresses.
You can also message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 954 0521 at any time for a status update. We reply within 15 minutes during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 22:00 GST).
Documents
4 questionsThe standard document set for an Engineer Golden Visa is:
- Valid passport — minimum 6 months remaining validity
- UAE entry stamp or current UAE visa copy
- Original engineering degree — attested and MOHESR equivalency-certified if issued outside the UAE
- Emirates ID (if you currently hold one)
- Current UAE employment contract or offer letter showing monthly salary
- Last 3 months' payslips
- Employer letter on company letterhead confirming your salary, role, and engineering designation
- 2 passport-size photos against a white background
We will send you a personalised document checklist when you start your application. Requirements can vary depending on your specific engineering discipline and current immigration status.
It depends on the service and where your documents were issued. UAE-issued documents generally do not need attestation. Foreign-issued documents — degrees, birth certificates, marriage certificates — typically require:
- Notarisation in your home country
- Stamp from the UAE Embassy in your home country, or an Apostille if the country is a Hague Convention member
- UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation
We will tell you exactly which of your documents require attestation for your specific application. We also offer an attestation handling service if you prefer us to manage the process.
UAE government authorities accept Arabic-language documents. If your documents are in any language other than English or Arabic, they must be officially translated into Arabic or English by a UAE-approved legal translator before submission.
We can refer you to approved translators if needed. Translation of a standard document typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
If your passport expires while your application is in progress, the application will be put on hold until a valid renewed passport is provided to the relevant authority. Resuming the application requires updating all records and may incur additional government processing fees.
We strongly recommend that your passport has at least 12 months of validity remaining before we begin any application. If your passport is approaching its expiry, we will flag this at the document review stage and advise you to renew before proceeding.
