03 Fees and payment terms
All prices displayed on the Visask website are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the applicable rate of 5% in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
What the total price includes
The total price shown at checkout includes the Visask Service Fee plus any Government Fees that Easyco collects and remits on your behalf as part of that specific Service. A breakdown of the Service Fee and Government Fee components is shown on each product page and on your checkout summary.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tamara (instalment payment). Payment is due in full at the time of placing the Order, unless an alternative payment schedule is expressly confirmed in writing by Visask.
Payment security
All payment processing is handled by our authorised payment gateway. Visask does not store full card details on its systems. You will receive a VAT invoice by email within 1 working day of your payment being confirmed.
Late or failed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, Visask will pause work on your application and notify you promptly. We will allow a reasonable period to resolve the payment before closing the Order. If an application has already been submitted to a government authority, we will advise you of the implications and any additional fees that may result from a delay.
Additional costs
If a government authority changes its fee schedule after you place your Order and before your application is submitted, we will notify you of the difference and seek your approval before proceeding. We will not absorb undisclosed government fee increases without your knowledge.
04 Government fees vs service fees
This distinction is important and governs our refund policy. Please read it carefully.
Service Fee
The Service Fee is the amount Easyco charges for professional services: preparing your application, verifying your documents, liaising with government authorities, following up on your case, and managing the process to completion. This fee compensates Easyco for the work performed.
Government Fee
The Government Fee is the amount paid to the UAE authority processing your application. Examples include GDRFA visa fees, DED license fees, ICA application charges, and freezone registration costs. Easyco collects these fees on your behalf and remits them directly to the relevant authority. Once remitted, they cannot be recovered by Easyco or refunded to you, regardless of the outcome of the application.
How they appear on your invoice
Your VAT invoice will show the Service Fee and the Government Fee as separate line items. Where Government Fees vary depending on your circumstances (for example, duration of visa, number of visa pages, or additional service add-ons chosen at checkout), the product page will indicate this clearly and the checkout summary will confirm the exact amount before you pay.
Visask does not mark up Government Fees. The amounts remitted to government authorities are the same amounts collected from you for that purpose.
05 Refund handling
Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy is published at /refunds. The key principles are summarised here.
- Government Fees are non-refundable once submitted. Once Easyco has remitted your Government Fee to the relevant authority, that amount cannot be recovered regardless of the application outcome, including in cases of rejection or withdrawal.
- Service Fees before work begins. If you cancel your Order before Easyco has commenced any work on your application, the Service Fee component is refundable in full.
- Service Fees after work has begun. If work has commenced (document verification, application preparation, government portal submission, or authority liaison), a partial refund of the Service Fee may apply, calculated based on the stage reached. See the Refund Policy for the stage-by-stage schedule.
- Rejected applications. A rejection by the relevant government authority does not automatically entitle you to a refund of Government Fees. Visask will advise on re-application options and will not charge an additional Service Fee for re-submission where the rejection was not caused by incorrect information provided by Visask.
- How to request a refund. Contact us at refunds@visask.com or WhatsApp +971 50 954 0521, referencing your Order number. We will acknowledge within 1 working day and resolve within 10 working days.
06 Client obligations
Your cooperation is essential for us to deliver your Service on time and without complications. By placing an Order, you agree to the following obligations:
Accurate and complete information
You must provide information and documents that are accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission. Submitting false, misleading, or forged documents to a UAE government authority is a criminal offence under UAE law. Visask will not knowingly submit false information and reserves the right to terminate the Service and report the matter to the relevant authority if fraudulent documents are detected.
Timely response
Government processing timelines depend on your prompt response to document requests. If Visask requests additional information or documents and you do not respond within 5 working days, Visask cannot be held responsible for delays or for the lapse of any application window. If a delay caused by your non-response results in a re-application fee, that fee is your responsibility.
Eligibility
You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you meet the eligibility requirements for the Service you are purchasing. Visask will carry out a preliminary eligibility check before submitting your application. If we identify an eligibility issue, we will notify you before proceeding and discuss your options.
Medical and biometric requirements
Certain visa and residency services require you to attend a medical centre or biometric centre in person. You are responsible for attending on time and following any preparation requirements set by the relevant authority. Missed appointments may result in additional fees which are your responsibility.
Compliance with UAE law
You agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations in connection with the Service. Visask is not responsible for any consequences arising from your non-compliance with UAE law, whether before, during, or after the Service.
07 Processing timelines
The processing timelines displayed on Visask product pages (for example, "8–11 working days") are guidance timelines based on our experience with the relevant authority under normal operating conditions. They are not contractual guarantees.
Processing times are controlled by the relevant UAE government authority and can be affected by:
- High application volumes at the authority during certain periods
- Public holidays and authority closure periods
- Authority-initiated requests for additional information or documentation
- Security screening processes
- System maintenance at government portals
- Delays in receiving your documents or responses (see Section 6)
Visask will keep you updated on the status of your application throughout the process. If a timeline is materially exceeded and the delay is not caused by you or by a force majeure event, we will escalate the matter with the relevant authority on your behalf at no additional charge.
Visask does not offer compensation for application processing delays caused by government authorities.
08 Force majeure
Visask shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation, where that delay or failure arises from circumstances outside Visask's reasonable control. Such circumstances include:
- Acts of God, including natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by UAE or international authorities
- UAE government-mandated closures or emergency measures affecting the relevant authority
- Cyberattacks or significant technical failure of government IT systems
- Changes to UAE immigration or commercial law that take immediate effect and affect the Service
- Strikes, industrial action, or civil unrest affecting government processing centres
If a force majeure event occurs, Visask will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will resume performance as soon as the circumstances allow. If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 calendar days, either party may cancel the Order in writing. In such a case, Visask will refund any Service Fees paid for work not yet commenced. Government Fees already remitted cannot be refunded.
09 Data and confidentiality
Visask handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following specific points apply to the service relationship:
- Document security. Documents you submit to Visask are stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering your Service. We do not share your documents with any party other than the relevant UAE government authority and, where applicable, our authorised service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Confidentiality of business information. Where your Service relates to business setup, Visask and Easyco treat the details of your business structure, shareholders, and financial arrangements as confidential. We will not disclose these to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- Document handling after service completion. We retain copies of submitted documents for the period set out in the Privacy Policy (minimum 7 years for financial records). You may request copies of documents we hold relating to your case at any time by writing to info@visask.com.
- Communication records. WhatsApp, email, and telephone conversations with our team may be retained as part of your service record. They will not be shared outside the Visask/Easyco team without your consent.

You may view and print content from the Visask website for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or using our services. You may not:

- Systematically extract or scrape content from the Visask website
- Represent Visask or Easyco content as your own
- Use Visask branding, trade names, or trademarks without authorisation
Documents and information you submit to Visask for the purpose of processing your application remain your property. By submitting them, you grant Visask a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your Service and for our record-keeping obligations.
11 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law:
- Application decisions. Visask prepares and submits applications on your behalf, but the decision to approve or reject an application rests entirely with the relevant UAE government authority. Visask is not liable for a rejection made by a government authority, provided the application was prepared accurately based on the information and documents you provided.
- Cap on liability. Visask's total liability to you arising from or in connection with a Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount of the Service Fee paid by you for that specific Service.
- Indirect losses. Visask is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of business, loss of profits, loss of income, or loss of opportunity, however arising, even if Visask was advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Information on the website. Content on the Visask website is provided for information purposes and reflects the position as at the stated date. UAE immigration and commercial law changes frequently. Visask does not accept liability for reliance on outdated content. We update pages regularly but encourage you to confirm current requirements with us before making decisions.
- Third-party services. Visask is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, government authorities, or payment processors.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE law.
12 Dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Federal laws of the UAE and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai to the extent applicable.
Step 1 — Contact us first
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@visask.com or WhatsApp +971 50 954 0521. Most issues can be resolved quickly without formal process, and we are committed to doing so within 10 working days of receiving your written complaint.
Step 2 — Consumer Protection
If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you have the right to escalate to the UAE Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Economy or the relevant emirate-level consumer protection authority. See our Consumer Rights page for contact details and escalation steps.
Step 3 — Courts
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or consumer protection channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
13 Amendments
Visask reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. When we do:
- We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
- For material changes, we will notify active clients by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
- Continued use of Visask services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Orders placed before a revision are governed by the Terms in force at the time of that Order.
